CKMM基因多态性与公开水域游泳运动员有氧耐力能力的相关性研究 被引量:2

摘要 将汉族优秀游泳运动员作为实验组,选取北京体育大学的普通本科学生作为对照组,对优秀游泳运动员进行CKMM基因多态性分布比较,根据多态性分布特点和CKMM基因(A/G)不同基因型对有氧耐力训练进行研究,分析CKMM基因(A/G)多态性与有氧耐力训练敏感性的关联性,研究结果表明,CKMM基因经过基因杂交显色法得到3种基因型:A/A型、A/G型与G/G型.优秀游泳运动员和北京体育大学的普通本科学生的三种基因型分布分别为:A/A型63.7%、75.0%;A/G型32.4%、20.5%;G/G型4.7%、4.5%.说明CKMM-3′NcoI多态与优秀的有氧能力具有相关性. Swimming athletes of the Han nationality were selected as the experimental group,and the students of Beijing Sport University were selected as the control group.According to the different polymorphism distribution characteristics and CKMM gene(A/G)in two groups,the association between CKMM gene(A/G)polymorphism and aerobic endurance training sensitivity was analyzed.The results show that the CKMM gene was highly sensitive to a 3 genotypes,including A/A,A/G and G/G.3 genotypes in two groups were A/A type 63.7% and 75%,A/G type 32.4% and 20.5%;G/G type 4.7% and 4.5% respectively.The results indicate that NcoI polymorphism is associated with excellent aerobic capacity.
