Deluxe-PS型与PFC Sigma RP型假体在膝关节置换中的比较

Comparison of Deluxe-PS and PFC Sigma RP prostheses in total knee arthroplasty

目的:探讨Deluxe-PS型与PFC Sigma RP型假体在膝关节置换中的应用效果。方法:选择在某院进行治疗的102例膝关节炎患者,按入院顺序分甲组、乙组,每组51例。甲乙2组患者均通过膝关节置换术进行治疗,甲组患者选用Deluxe-PS型假体,乙组患者选用PFC Sigma RP型假体,评价甲乙2组患者的中出血量、手术时间、KSS评分、膝关节活动度、HSS评分、假体屈曲角度以及外翻角。结果:乙组患者的术中出血量、手术时间均高于甲组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。乙组患者的KSS评分、膝关节活动度、HSS评分、假体屈曲角度以及外翻角均少于甲组,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在膝关节置换中,Deluxe-PS型假体同PFC Sigma RP型假体的应用效果相当,可很好实现假体同骨截面高精度的结合,提高假体同截骨覆盖面融合的适合性,但Deluxe-PS型假体的手术时间短和术中出血量少,值得推广。

Objective：To compare the effect of Deluxe-PS and PFC RP Sigma prostheses in total knee arthroplasty.Methods：102 cases of patients with osteoarthritis of the knee were selected for the study and divided,according to the order of admission,into two groups,51 cases in each.Patients in group A were treated with knee arthroplasty using Deluxe-PS prosthesis,and group B using PFC Sigma RP prosthesis.The two groups of patients were then evaluated in terms of bleeding volume,operation time,KSS score,knee joint,HSS score,prosthesis flexion angle and valgus angle.Results：Bleeding volume and operation time in patients of group B were higher or longer than in patients of group A,the difference being statistically significant（P〈0.05）.KSS score,knee joint,HSS score,prosthesis flexion angle and valgus angle in patients of group B were lower or less than patients in group A,but the difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：In total knee arthroplasty,application of Deluxe-PS prosthesis and PFC Sigma RP prosthesis can both achieve very good effect,but the operation time of Deluxe-PS prosthesis is shorter and the intra-operative blood loss is less.So it is worth to be clinically promoted.
