Autotaxin蛋白修饰性位点的生物信息学预测 被引量:2

摘要 Autotaxin在肿瘤细胞中对肿瘤的发生和发展起着重要作用,其抑制剂的开发可能为治疗肿瘤提供方法。Autotaxin蛋白的修饰性位点研究可为抑制剂开发提供理论基础。本研究利用6款生物信息学软件对该蛋白的磷酸化位点进行了预测,共有17个位点被重复预测到;并用4款软件进行了糖基化位点预测,共有4个位点被重复预测到,为下一步实验验证奠定了基础。
