摘要 护理人力资源的合理配置和科学管理直接关系到护理服务效率和质量,以及患者对护理服务的满意程度。从我国护理人力资源的数量、结构、质量、管理等方面分析我国护理人力资源的现状,探讨护理人力资源总量相对不足,人力资源分布不均衡,护士整体年龄较为年轻,高学历及高级职称护士占比较少等问题。提出推进人力资源建设,合理规划人力资源配置,优化人力资源结构,加快推进护理立法进程等对策,为有效进行人力资源管理,降低护理人员流失率,稳定护士队伍,提高护理队伍整体素质提供借鉴。 The reasonable allocation and scientific management of nursing human resources are directly related to the efficiency, quality and patient' s satisfactions of nursing service. The article analyzed the quantity, structure, quality and management of nursing human resources in China. The existing problems such as relative shortage of nursing staff, uneven distribution between urban and rural areas and medical institutions, overall relative young ages and insufficient highly-educated and senior-titled professional nurses were discussed. The strategies such as promoting the nursing human resources construction, reasonably planning the configurations, optimizing the Structure and promoting the process of nursing legislation were proposed so as to manage the nursing human resources effectively, reduce the loss of nursing staff and improve the qtiality of the nursing team.
