荆州市某区基层医务人员工作压力与健康状况调查

Investigation on Work Stress and Health Status of Primary Medical Staff in a District of Jingzhou City

目的:了解基层医务人员工作压力、身心健康状况和影响因素,分析工作压力与健康状况的关系并提出相应的对策建议。方法:通过自编问卷调查212名基层医务人员,对工作压力、亚健康状态和个人基本情况用4点评分进行评价。结果:基层医务人员的工作压力处于较高水平(2.61±0.46)。总体健康状况(2.85±0.39),以及生理健康(2.86±0.48)、心理健康(2.78±0.50)和社会适应(2.95±0.46)均处于亚健康状态。结论:基础医务人员的工作压力较大,且大多处于亚健康状态,应促进基层医务人员的身心健康,提高医务人员业务能力和水平。

Objective： To understand the working pressure of the primary medical staff, the status of physical and mental health and the influencing factors, analyze the relationship between work stress and health status and put forward the corresponding and suggestions. Methods： A total of 212 primary care workers were investigated by self-made questionnaire on work stress and work state. The questionnaire was divided into self - made work stress scale, sub-health scale and personal basic situation questionnaire, and evaluated with 4-point score. Results： The work pressure of the primary medical staff was higher （2.61±0.46）. The overall health status was in sub-health state （2.85±0.39）. Physiological health （2.86±0.48）, mental health （2.78±0.50） and social adaptation （2.95±0.46） were all in sub-health status. Conclusion： The pressure of basic medical staff was relatively large, and most of them were in sub-health state. We should promote the physical and mental health of primary medical personnel and improve their professional ability and level.
