破解智慧社区的认知迷失与行动误区,需要对智慧社区的内涵属性、维度结构与质量标准等关键问题作彻底性思考和系统性关照,尤其要从技术性、功能性、结果性、价值性的视角解构智慧社区的基本概念,深刻领悟智慧社区从一元到多元、智力到智慧、效率到效能、可及到共享四个方面的内涵转换。本文通过系统梳理智慧社区在技术、内容、机制三个维度内的架构,提出要构建以精细化的服务感知、交互式的信息平台、智能化的公共服务、网络状的行动协作为质量标准的智慧社区。

It is necessary to think thoroughly and systematically taking care of the key issues such as the connotation attribute, the dimension structure and the quality standard of wisdom community to crack the cognitive lost and action misunderstanding of wisdom community. Especially, according to the perspectives of technical, functional, consequential and value to deconstruct the basic concept of wisdom community, and to comprehend profoundly from the four aspects of the connotation of conversion of wisdom community, such as single to multiple, intelligence to wisdom, efficiency to effectiveness, accessibility to sharing. To comb systematically wisdom community in the three dimensions of technology, content and mechanism, and then construct the wisdom community with quality service awareness, interactive information platform, intelligent public service, network action cooperation as quality standard.
