摘要
根据射流的基本原理,对水滴的产生、射流的属性、各种喷头的结构进行分析,得到喷射细水雾对喷头的基本要求。根据需求优化喷头结构,提高细水雾质量,增大喷雾半径,扩大保护范围。运用Fluent对改进的喷头和未改进的喷头进行模拟,分析压力场、速度场及密度场,对喷头进行评定。结果表明,扩散角的结构对增加喷雾半径和提高水雾动能有很大帮助。
Based on the basic principle of jet flow, tile production of water droplet, the property of jet f]ow and the structure of different nozzles were analyzed, and the basic recluirements of nozzle were obtained. The nozzle was optimized to enhance the quality of water mist, enlarge the spray radius and enlarge the protection range. Comparative research on the performance of nozzle and optimized nozzle was carried out including the pressure contours, velocity contours and density contours based on Fluent. The results showed that the structure of the diffusion angle is very helpful to increase the spray radius and the kinetic energy.
