摘要 研究羟基化多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs-OH)改性钡酚醛树脂(PF)的原位聚合制备工艺。采用SDBS对MWCNTs-OH进行表面化学非共价修饰预处理,提高PF与MWCNTs-OH的界面结合强度。采用八水合氢氧化钡作为催化剂制备改性材料,并通过拉伸实验和热重分析研究MWCNTs-OH添加量对PF的力学性能和阻燃性能影响。经综合分析,MWCNTs-OH添加量为0.2%时改性PF在力学性能增强的同时阻燃性能最佳。 The situ polymerization preparation of barium phenolic resin (PF)modified by hydroxylated multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs-OH) was researched. The surface chemical noncova- lent modified pretreatment of MWCNTs-OH by SDBS was carried out to enhance the interracial bonding of PF and MWCNTs-OH. The modified material was prepared by catalyzer of Ba(OH)2 ·8H2O, the effects of the amount of MWCNTs-OH on the mechanical properties and flame retardancy of PF were studied by tensile test and thermogravimetric analysis. Comprehensive analysis found when the content of MWCNTs-OH was 0.2% , the mechanical properties of the modified PF were the best of the modified test specimen.
