摘要
设计制造了低压实验箱,模拟高原低压环境,测试氟蛋白、水成膜、抗溶三种泡沫灭火剂在101、75、59、38、24 kPa环境压力下的发泡倍数。从标准泡沫枪的结构出发,应用流体力学的伯努利方程等公式推导出了发泡倍数和环境大气压之间的近似关系。实验和理论两方面说明,在高原低压环境下,泡沫灭火剂的发泡倍数随环境压力的降低而减小。
Low pressure experimental chamber was built, the low atmospheric pressure of plateau was simulated. The expansion of fluoroprotein foam, alcohol-resistant foam and aqueous film-form ing foam under pressure of 101, 75, 59, 38, 24 kPa were tested. Based on the structure of standard foaming tube, the approximate formulation of expansion between atmospheric pressure was de- duced by Bernoulli equation. Both the experiment and hydromechanics showed that,under low atmospheric pressure of plateau, the expansion of foam extinguishing agent will decrease.
