摘要
以苯乙烯(St)、丙烯酸甲酯(MA)、丙烯酸乙酯(EA)、丙烯酸(AA)为共混单体,以聚磷酸铵(APP)阻燃剂,碳纳米管(CNT)为添加剂,制备阻燃苯丙乳液防火涂料。通过锥形量热仪、烟密度测试、扫描电镜等手段研究了该防火涂料的阻燃抑烟性能。结果表明:CNT的添加增强了材料热分解过程中生成炭层的致密度,降低了样品的热释放速率、质量损失、总烟释放量;苯丙共聚乳液/APP/CNT的配方比例为40.0%∶57.5%∶2.5%时防火涂料的阻燃抑烟性能最佳。
The Styrene (St), Methyl acrylate (MA), Ethyl acrylate (EA) and Acrylic acid (AA) were used as blends, and the Ammonium polyphosphate (APP) were used as flame retardants, and the Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) were used as additives to prepare the flame retardant styrene-acrylic emulsion coating. The cone calorim eter (CCT), smoke density (SI)) and scanning electron microscopy were used to characterize the flame resistance and smoke suppres sion performance of the flame retardant coating. The results showed that the dense char layer produce during the pyrolysis of material with CNT could lower the heat release rate, mass loss and total smoke release. The flame relardant styrene-acrylic emulsion coating could show the best flame retardant and smoke suppression performance when the formulation ratio of styrene-acrylic copolymer emulsion/APP/CNTw as 40%: 67.5%: 2.5%.
