商场超市易燃易爆商品安全管理问题和对策

Problems and countermeasures of safety management of flammable and explosive commodities in shopping malls

从商品的火灾危险性、商场超市安全管理现状、相关部门的监管等层面对北京市商场超市在易燃易爆商品的安全管理方面存在的隐患及其原因进行分析,提出修订相关法规、出台安全管理标准与制度导则,推进商品包装小型化、制约仓储量、开展专项整治行动、进一步发挥行业协会作用等措施,从而提高人们对该类商品的安全意识,完善商场超市的安全管理。

From aspects of fire risks of commodities, status of safe ty management of shopping malls and supervision of relevant de partments, analysis was made on risks of cause of safety manage ment of flammable and explosive commodities in shopping malls in Beijing city, and the countermeasures were proposed including amendment of relevant regulations, the introduction of safety management standard and guidelines, promoting miniaturization of commodity package ,restricting storage volume, carrying out special rectification actions and making full use of industry associations, in order to improve the safety awareness of people on flammable and explosive commodities and safety management of shop ping malls.
