摘要
统计分析国内外71起储罐火灾案例,表明密封圈火灾是浮顶罐火灾最主要的火灾形式。从点火源分析,雷电是密封圈火灾的主要点火源。以某输油站为例,通过FLACS软件模拟两种场景下的密封圈油气泄漏状态,模拟结果显示防火堤是油气泄漏中的危险部位,油气会在防火堤处积聚,且风速越大,油气积聚的速度越快。建议在防火堤处安装可燃气体监测装置。
According to the 71 cases of domestic and foreign storage tank fire, it indicated that seal ring fire is the major fire form or floating roof tank. Analyzing from the ignition source, the thunder is the major ignition source of seal ring fire. Based on an oil trans portation station, two scenes of oil gas leakage of sealing ring were simulated through FLACS software and by comparing the simulation result, it can be found that fire dike is the dangerous part in oil gas leakage because oil gas will accumulate at fire dike. and the quicker the wind, the shorter the time of accumulation of oil and gas will he. Measures to monitor the combustible gas at the fire dike can be adopted.
