摘要
在工业生产中,模拟量输入信号被大量使用于大规模密集型的数据采集生产区域。而在实际应用中,常出现模拟量输入信号采集点太多而成本巨大,数据量采集太多太频繁导致通讯阻塞,检修维护时发生大电流串入烧毁模块或通道的事故,造成了很大的经济损失。本文介绍了以中间继电器为载体,对模拟量输入信号在单端模式下切换采集方法研究与探索,在充分试验的基础上实现了信号辨别,采集和读取,对于模拟量信号采集在工业系统应用中有着实际意义。
In industrial production ,the analog input signal is widely used in the large-scale intensive data acquisition and production area. In the practical application, the analog input signal is too much, and the cost is huge, the amount of data acquisition too often leads to communication blocking, In the maintenance often happens to the failure of the module or channel, resulting in great economic loss. This paper introduces the research and exploration of the switching acquisition method of analog input signals in single ended mode with inter- mediate relay as carrier, acquisition and reading based on full test, has practical significance for analog signal acquisition in industrial sys- tem.
