比对GB/T 3216回转动力泵水力性能验收试验标准2005版和2016版中测量不确定度计算条款,分析了标准对水泵测试系统不确定度要求的差异,阐述了水泵测试系统不确定度评定的计算过程。举例用EXCEL工具比对计算了水泵测试系统的不确定度,细化了水泵实验室不确定度评定计算,为进一步理解和贯彻实施标准将会起到积极作用。

This paper compared the calculation clauses of indeterminacy measuring in GB/T 3216-2005 with GB/T 3216-2016 which are the performances acceptance test standards of rotary power pump, and analyzed the difference between these two kinds of standards indeterminacy demands in the pump test system, also expounded the indeterminacy appraisal calculation progress in the pump test system. Excel also had been used to calculate the pump test system indeterminacy by giving an example. This paper made detailed in- determinacy appraisal calculations, and played an active part in further understanding and carrying out standard.
