摘要
针对雷电给电力系统带来的危害,造成巨大损失的问题,提出一种雷电实时监测与预警系统。在对雷电形成原理进行深入分析的基础上,结合雷电形成和监测需求,对该系统设计的原则进行分析,从而为后续的设计提供指导;从就整体体系、网络结构和具体功能等角度对系统进行设计,提出雷电预警算法,并以Arc GIS平台作为基础,完成某个区域的雷电电场的监测和预报;最后通过系统功能测试,验证了上述设计方案的可行性和准确性,为电力企业设施安全提供了新的实践参考案例。
Aiming at the problem of huge damage caused by lightning to the power system, this paper puts forward a kind of real time monitoring and warning system. In this regard, the principle based on the formation of lightning monitoring system and in-depth analysis, lay the foundation for the development of the system ; secondly, combining lightning formation and monitoring demand, carries on the design to the system function, so as to provide for system design;thirdly, the combination of the above features, the development of software and data storage in Are GIS the platform and ORACLE, thus completing the monitoring and forecasting for lightning electric field of a certain region. Finally, through the system function test, the feasibility and accuracy of the above design scheme are verified, which provides a new reference for the safety of power facilities.
