摘要
因受野外施工条件限制,无法准确描述钻头的受力情况、失效形式等性能,有必要研制微钻试验台,以实现在室内精确模拟钻头的实际工作过程。本文详细地阐述了微钻试验台的整体设计思路,重点介绍了试验台检测系统的研制过程,包括了系统检测的硬件模块、检测软件及显示界面、电气原理设计及检测原理几个部分。经过室内安装调试,整机能满足实钻模拟要求,性能可靠,数据检测系统运行平稳、信号采集精度高、可操作性强、界面直观简洁,能有效检测钻头工作时的相关参数,包括钻压、转速、扭矩、以及岩石的研磨性等,从而为钻头优化设计、岩石的可钻性分级评价提供实验依据。
PDC bit is widely used in many fields such as oil drilling,coal geology,coal mine drilling construction and so on. In recent years, the demand is increasing. It is one of the main processes in the production process of the drill, which directly determines the quality of the drill bit. In this paper, the automatic cleaning method is used as the research object, and the cleaning process is controlled by the programmable controller PLC. According to the process flow and electrical control requirements,the design method of the main circuit and its software and hardware of the automatic cleaning device based on PLC are analyzed in detail. Practice showed that the PLC technology is applied to the workpiece automatic cleaning machine's electrical eontrol system, can effectively improve the cleaning efficiency,to ensure the quality of the drilling bit,to expand the production capacity of the drill bit,also can see the advantages of PLC in sequence in modern industrial control field.
