摘要 城轨交通运营中必须具备有效应对和处理各种灾害,如火灾、地震、水淹等;或紧急情况下,如区间阻塞、突发客流、列车晚点等的应急能力,满足在紧急状况下的报警、乘客疏散、救灾等紧急救援处理的需求,本文针对紧急情况下,环境监控系统的应急联动控制设备功能以及联动控制模式进行深入的分析和探讨,提出科学合理的联动方案,完善监控系统的应急运行机制,提高城轨交通运营的的安全性和高效性。 In the operation of urban rail transit must be able to effectively deal with and processing all kinds of disasters, such as fire, earthquake, flood, etc. ;Or emergency situations, such as range block, unexpected passenger flow and train delays emergency ability, meet in an emergency alarm, passenger evacuation, disaster-relief operations and dealing with emergency needs, in case of an e- mergency, emergency linkage control system function of environmental monitoring system and in-depth analysis and discussion on the linkage control mode, put forward the linkage of the scientific and reasonable plan, improve the emergency monitoring system in operation mechanism, improve the safety and efficiency in the operation of urban rail transit.
