摘要
城轨交通运营中必须具备有效应对和处理各种灾害,如火灾、地震、水淹等;或紧急情况下,如区间阻塞、突发客流、列车晚点等的应急能力,满足在紧急状况下的报警、乘客疏散、救灾等紧急救援处理的需求,本文针对紧急情况下,环境监控系统的应急联动控制设备功能以及联动控制模式进行深入的分析和探讨,提出科学合理的联动方案,完善监控系统的应急运行机制,提高城轨交通运营的的安全性和高效性。
