Study on the Academic Thought of Moxibustion in Shenjiu Jinglun Written by WU Yiding

目的:研究《神灸经纶》一书关于灸法理论的条文,分析关于灸法的学术思想,为灸疗体系的完善和发展提供指导。方法:整理《神灸经纶》关于灸法的条文,从条文中整理出该书关于灸法各方面的描述;同时从施灸原则、选穴特点、操作方法和临床应用四个方面进行分析。结果:《神灸经纶》谨遵按序施灸和辨证施灸的施灸原则,采用隔物灸和特殊灸法治疗急症和内外妇儿各科疾病,临床应用广泛。结论:将《神灸经纶》中关于灸法的理论进行归纳总结,对现代针灸临床提供指导。

Objective：Through studying the book of Shenjiu Jinglun about moxibustion theory,analysis of moxibustion academic ideas,providing guidance for the moxibustion system development and perfection.Methods：Sorting out Shenjiu Jinglun of moxibustion,compiled the book from the provision of moxibustion all aspects of the description.At the same time from the principles of moxibustion,choosing acupuncture point features,operation method and clinical application of four aspects were analyzed.Results：Shenjiu Jinglun followed the sequential moxibustion and principle,using every special acupuncture and moxibustion in treating children inside and outside and emergency.Conclusion：Summing up the theory of moxibustion,can provide reference for modern acupuncture clinical guidance.
