摘要
由于可编程逻辑控制(PLC)控制过程中的突然失效就需要诊断,诊断问题对PLC控制整个过程的故障起着重要的作用。通过对PLC中各软件质量指标以及相连接设备进行分析,按照业界通用标准化的PLC可靠性设计标准,提出了一个指导性预测信息列表(IL)的方法,该方法降低了PLC程序检查过程中需要消耗的时间,通过示例、逻辑程序分析说明了该方法在提升PLC控制系统的可靠性方面有一定的效果,但结果显示仍然存在较大的提升空间,需要编程人员在实际应用过程中按需修改。
As the programmable logic control (PLC) control process in the sudden failure of the need for diagnosis, diagnostic problems on the PLC control the entire process of failure plays an important role. Through the analysis of the software quality indexes and connected devices in the PLC, a method of guiding the information list(IL) is proposed according to the standard PLC standard of industry standardization. This method reduces the requirement of PLC program inspection. The results show that there is still a lot of room for im- provement in the reliability of PLC control system, but the programmer needs to modify it in the course of practical application.
