新型关口表电压线搭头设计与应用

摘要 利用采集系统平台的供电侧与售电侧数据,可以计算出台区的具体线损率。通过对线损率进行深入分析可进一步助推台区线损的精益化管理。关口表采集数据的准确性直接影响到台区线损的统计,进而影响台区线损的精益管理。针对当前关口表电压线搭头连接不稳定、易脱落的问题,设计了一种新型的关口表电压线搭头。通过设计三种不同的螺帽并利用AHP选择最优型,替代鳄鱼夹应用于关口表电压线的固定,能有效增强关口表电压线搭头的稳定性,提高关口表采集成功率和台区线损数据的准确性。 Using the data of the power supply side and the sale side of the acquisition system platform, the specific line loss rate of the published area can be calculated. Through in-depth analysis of line loss rate,we can further boost the lean management of line loss in Taiwan Region. The accuracy of the gateway meter data directly affects the area line loss statistics, which affects the lean management of area line loss. At present,the gateway meter voltage line connector is not stable and easy to fall off. This paper designs a new voltage line connector in order to solve the problem. By designing three different nuts and using AHP to choose the best type, the new nut replaces alligator clip to fixed voltage line. The new nut can effectively enhance the stability of the gateway meter voltage line connector. In addition,the nul can improve success rate of acquisition of gateway meter and the accuracy of area line loss data.
