中医辨证护理联合穴位按摩对慢性阻塞性肺气肿急性加重患者的临床研究

Clinical Research of Applying Traditional Chinese Medicine Differentiation Nursing Combined with Points Massage for Patients with Chronic Obstructive Emphysema in Acute Exacerbation Period

目的:观察慢性阻塞性肺气肿急性加重患者运用穴位按摩联合中医辩证护理的临床效果,为中医辨证运用于疾病护理提供理论依据。方法:对2014年1月-2016年6月期间于我院治疗的80例慢性阻塞性肺气肿急性加重患者的治疗及护理过程进行回顾性分析,将采用常规护理的40例患者设为对照组,将采用穴位按摩联合中医辩证护理的40例患者设为观察组,比较两组临床疗效、肺功能、住院时间、费用以及护理满意度。结果:观察组治疗有效率为95.00%,显著高于对照组77.50%,有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组住院时间、住院花费均显著低于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者护理前后FEV_1、FEV_1/FVC差异显著,且护理后观察组与对照组差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为97.50%,显著高于对照组(85.00%),有统计学意义(P<0.05);结论:在慢性阻塞性肺气肿急性加重患者的治疗过程中加用中医辨证护理联合穴位按摩能够提升临床疗效,改善肺功能,节约治疗成本的同时提升医患关系。

Objective：To study the clinical efficacy of TCM differentiation nursing combined with points massage on patients with chronic obstructive emphysema in acute exacerbation period,so as to provide theory gist for application of TCM differentiation to disease nursing.Methods：Retrospective analysis was conducted on treatment and nursing process of 80 cases of patients with chronic obstructive emphysema in acute exacerbation period treated in our hospital since January 2014 to June 2016.40 cases of patients treated with routine nursing were set as controlled group,while 40 cases of patients treated with points massage combined with TCM differentiation nursing were set as observation group.Patients in the two groups were compared for clinical efficacy,lung function,hospital stay,costs and nursing satisfaction.Results：The treatment efficacy of the observation group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the controlled group with 77.50%,had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.The hospital stay and inpatient costs of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the controlled group,had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Before nursing,there was significant difference in FEV1 and FEV1/FVC between patients in the two groups,and there was distinct difference between the observation group and the controlled group after nursing,had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.50%,which was significantly higher than the controlled group（85.00%）,had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：In treating patients with chronic obstructive emphysema in acute exacerbation period,TCM differentiation nursing combined with points massage can effectively improve clinical efficacy and optimize lung function.It can save treatment costs and facilitate doctor-patients relationship.
