摘要
光伏微电网是城市或农村地区供给区域电能需求的主要形式,保证光伏微电网在运行过程中的频率质量是光伏微电网运行的主要目标。光伏微电网中光伏电源等出力的随机性使得光伏微电网运行工作点经常变化,给实现光伏微电网频率控制带来了较大挑战。为解决上述问题,采用强化学习技术提出了光伏微电网供电在线负荷频率控制技术。实验结果表明,所提在线频率控制算法能够在线学习到最优控制策略,且不依赖于系统模型,具有易于在线实现的特点。光伏微电网供电在线负荷频率控制技术可适用于光伏微电网中因光伏出力波动等情况引起的负荷频率控制问题,提高频率控制器应对独立光伏微电网中光伏出力等不确定性的适应性。
Photovohaic micro-grid is one of the main ways to supply the electricity demand of city and urban are- a. The basic goal of photovoltaic micro-grid is to guarantee a satisfactory frequency quality. The intermittent property of PV source makes the operation point of the system variety, which makes the frequency control more challengeable. To solve this issue, a reinforcement learning based frequency online control method is proposed. Simulation results show that the proposed method can converge to the optimal solution in an online fashion. Besides, the proposed meth- od is a model-free one and can be implemented easily. The proposed method can be used to handle the intermittent of renewable energy in photovoltaic micro-grid, and is expected to improve the performance of the whole micro-grid.
