摘要
换挡机构是变速器中的一个重要的部件,换挡机构会影响变速箱的换挡性能。针对选换挡力的大小对换挡舒适性影响的问题,设计了一款新型变速器换挡结构,并运用动力学软件ADAMS对其进行仿真分析,得到的各个档位的选档力和换挡力曲线,分析结果表明其符合换挡机构的实际选换挡过程。同时分析了在不同预紧力下对选换挡力大小的影响,分析结果表明随着预紧力的增大,选换挡力都随之增加。研究结果为分析和改善选换挡力的大小、提升换挡舒适性提供了新的途径。
The shift mechanism was an important part of the transmission, the shift mechanism would affect the performance of the transmission. In view of the problem of shift force influerence on the shift comfort, a new transmis- sion shift mechanism was designed and sinmlated in the dynamics software ADAMS. So the selecting force and shift- ing force were obtained. Under different preload force effect on the select and shift force were analysised, the analysis results show that the greater the preload force, the greater the select and shift force. The analysis results provide a new way to improve the size of the shift force and improve the comfort of the shift.
