摘要
近年来,关于机器人智能化的研究已经吸引了很多科研人员的关注,目前智能机器人大多采用直插式充电。上述充电方式有很多弊端,存在布线错综复杂、移动灵活性差、线路短路产生接触电火花等问题,特别在水下、潮湿且含有易燃易爆气体等特殊环境下,传统接触式取电方式更不可取。因此将无线充电技术应用于机器人领域,使其真正实现智能化。采用无线通信技术、定位技术、无线充电技术设计出机器人充电系统。通过实验测试和数据分析,实现了智能机器人在无人干预条件下的电能补充,并且得到了最佳的充电范围,在充电范围内可以保证机器人快速高效的无线充电。为机器人智能化开阔了更广泛的应用前景。
In recent years, research on intelligent robot has attracted the attention of many researchers. At pres- ent, most of intelligent robots use in-line charging. There are many drawbacks of this charging method. There are wiring complexity, poor mobility, short circuit, and other issues, especially in the underwater, humid and containing flammable and explosive gases and other special circumstances, this traditional contact with the power method is less desirable. Therefore, the wireless charging technology used in the field of robots, to truly intelligent. In this paper, wireless communication technology, positioning technology, wireless charging technology to design a robot charging system. Through the experiment and data analysis, the intelligent robot is able to replenish the electric energy without human intervention, and get the best charging range. It can ensure the fast and efficient wireless charging in this charging range. Which will broaden the application prospect of robot intelligentization.
