摘要
网络平台实验维修设备资源的优化调度,能够有效稳定实验教学质量。对实验设备维修资源的调度,需要建立了维修保障设备调度的数学模型,给出资源优化调度的最优值函数,完成实验设备维修资源调度。传统方法给出设备累积运行时间,建立与机器维修集成调度模型,但忽略了给出资源优化调度的最优值函数,导致资源调度效果不理想。提出基于动态规划调度的网络平台实验设备维修资源优化调度方法。对实验设备维修资源进行聚类划分,计算维修资源间的模糊相似矩阵,给出维修资源的总集合与相似功能聚类集合,将资源组合序列转换为基因的方式,给出设备维修资源组合优先级序列,建立了维修保障设备调度的数学模型,给出资源优化调度的最优值函数,完成对网络平台实验设备维修资源优化调度。实验证明,所提方法调度精度高,为提升设备维修服务运行质量奠定基础。
A scheduling method of resource optimization for experimental equipment maintenance of network plat- form is proposed based on dynamic programming scheduling. Firstly, the maintenance resource of experimental equip- ment is clustered and divided to calculate fuzzy similarity matrix between maintenance resources and to give total as- semblage of maintenance resource and clustering assemblage of similar function, and then resource combination se- quence is transformed into gene way to give priority sequence of resource combination of equipment maintenance and to found mathematical mode] for equipment scheduling of maintenance support and to give optimal value function of resource optimal scheduling. At last, the optimization scheduling for maintenance resource for experimental equip- ment of network platform is achieved. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method has high sched- uling accuracy. It can improve operation quality of equipment maintenance service.
