摘要
为研究接触力模型对含间隙铰接副多体系统动力学分析结果的影响,分析了不同接触力模型中阻尼系数和耗散能的计算方法及其优缺点,并以单球碰撞为例对比分析了各模型耗散能的大小。在此基础上,以含间隙铰接副曲柄滑块机构为例,研究了不同接触力模型对多体系统动力学计算的效率、稳定性及结果的影响。计算结果表明:接触力模型中耗散能的增加可以使多体系统动力学计算结果更快趋于稳定;选取适当的接触力模型可改善动力学方程的求解效率及结果稳定性。针对不同恢复系数,从稳定性、计算效率及适用范围三方面考虑,得出了相应的更具优势的接触力模型。
The features and methods of calculating damping coefficients and dissipation energy in different contact force models are analyzed to study the influences of the existing contact force models for dynamic analysis of multibody systems involving joints with clearance.The dissipation energies of different models are compared based on a single ball collision system.On the basis of this analysis,a slider crank mechanism is used to study influences of different contact force models on efficiency,stability and result of computation for multibody system dynamics.Results show that the increase of dissipation energy in a contact force model accelerates the stability of dynamic results of multibody system,and an appropriately selected contact force model can improve the computation efficiency and stability of the dynamic system.More dominant contact force models for different restitution coefficients are obtained by considering stability,efficiency of computation,and applicability.
