还原剂对钒合金化非调质钢组织和性能的影响

摘要 通过添加还原剂提高钒的收得率,增加钒在45钢中的合金化率制备非调质钢。采用化学成分、力学性能、金相和扫描电镜等分析,研究了不同还原剂对V_2O_5中V收得率的影响,探讨其对钒合金化非调质钢性能的影响。结果表明,Al还原收得率显著高于Si。(Al+Mg)复合还原比单一还原效果要优,当复合还原剂中Al为61.5%、Mg为38.5%时,所制备的钒合金化调质钢力学性能最佳,抗拉强度和屈服强度分别为540 MPa和410 MPa。 By adding reducing agent to improve the yield rate of vanadium, non-quenched and tempered vanadium alloying 45 steel was prepared with increasing the alloying rate of vanadium elements. The influence of different reducing agents on the yield rate of vanadium of V205 was studied by means of chemical composition, mechanical properties, metallography and scanning electron microscopy, and the influence of vanadium on the properties of non-quenched and tempered vanadium alloying steel was discussed. The results show that the yield of Al reduction is significantly higher than that of Si. (Al+Mg) compound reduction is better than a single reduction effect. When Al is 61.5% and Mg is 38.5% in compound reducer, the mechanical properties of non-quenched and tempered vanadium alloying steel are optimized, and the tensile strength and yield strength are 540 MPa and 410 MPa, respectively.
