淬火与回火处理对20MnSi(V)锚杆组织与性能的影响

摘要 对热轧基岩地层20MnSi锚杆进行了钒合金化和淬火与回火热处理,对比分析了钒和热处理对锚杆奥氏体晶粒大小、力学性能、显微组织和断口形貌的影响。结果表明,随着回火温度升高,20MnSi锚杆的抗拉强度和屈服强度都有所降低,断后伸长率与0℃冲击功随着回火温度的升高有上升的趋势;同样的热处理工艺下,添加V后的20MnSiV锚杆的断后伸长率与冲击功并没有升高,且均比不添加V的20MnSi锚杆的低。 The hot bedrock 20MnSi anchor rod was alloyed with V element and quenching & tempering heat treated, the effect of V element and heat treatment on austenite grain size, mechanical properties, microstructure and fracture morphology of the anchor rods was analyzed. The results show that with the increase of the tempering temperature, the tensile strength and yield strength of 20MnSi and 20MnSiV anchor rods decreases, while the elongation and impact energy have an upward trend; under the same heat treatment process, the elongation and impact energy of the anchor rod with V addition have not elevated, and are lower than that of the 20MnSi anchor rod.
