摘要
应用CAFE法对中碳45钢的凝固组织进行了模拟研究。分别对连铸工艺参数和模拟凝固组织的形核参数进行了分析,其中工艺参数包括浇注温度和拉坯速度,形核参数包括平均形核过冷度和最大形核密度。结果表明,工艺参数和形核参数均对凝固组织有影响;平均形核过冷度的增大和浇注温度的提高,会降低凝固组织中的等轴晶率;最大形核密度和拉坯速度的增大,使得凝固组织中等轴晶率减少。
The CAFE method was used to simulate the solidification structure of 45 carbon steel. The parameters of continuous casting process and nucleation were analyzed, and the process parameters including pouting temperature and casting speed, nucleation parameters including nucleation undercooling degree and average maximum nucleation density. The results show that the process parameters and nucleation parameter will influence on solidification structure. The increase of the average nucleation temperature and the increase of pouring temperature will reduce the equiaxial crystal rate in the solidified. The medium axial crystal of the solidified structure will reduce with the increase of the maximum nucleation density and the casting speed.
