数值模拟技术在熔模铸造生产中的应用实践

Application of Numerical Simulation Technique in the Investment Casting Process

采用华铸CAE/InteCast铸钢模块进行熔模铸造过程模拟运算,并将结果与实际铸造情况进行对比。采用Pidex三维建模,根据优化算法获得了特定生产工况下的物性参数和界面参数,根据组合参数数据库进行两种零件在各自工况下的多种工艺方案运算,并进行生产验证。结果表明,特定工况下的参数符合实际情况。

The casting process of CAE/lnteCast cast steel software modules was used to simulate the investment casting process and compared the results with the actual casting. Using Pidex three-dimensional modeling, the property parameters and interlace parameters were obtained according to the optimization algorithm, according to the combinatorial parameter database, two kinds of process scheme operations were carried out in different working conditions, and the production verification was carried out. The results show that the parameters in the specified conditions are in accordance with the actual conditions.
