摘要
造型树脂砂的生产控制是获得质量优异的风电用球墨铸铁件的关键。从树脂砂构成:原砂、再生砂、树脂、固化剂及混砂机混砂质量各方面,进行树脂砂性能试验研究。结果表明,合理控制原砂粒度、再生砂微粉含量、灼烧减量和残留硫含量、树脂的糠醇含量及含氮量、组合型固化剂酸度以及混砂机混砂质量,能够保证树脂砂的性能,从而获得良好的风电球墨铸铁件。
The production control of mould resin sand was the key to obtain excellent quality ductile iron castings for wind power. The resin sand performance test is carried out from resin sand composition, raw sand, reclaimed sand, resin, curing agent and sand mixing quality. The results show that the reasonable control of the original grain size, reclaimed sand powder content, burning and reducing residual sulfur content, the content of furfuryl alcohol and nitrogen content of resin, combination and sand mixer sand quality, to ensure the performance of the resin sand, and the wind power nodular cast iron castings with good performance can be obtained.
