摘要 针对齿轮传动装置小体积、轻量化、高效率的发展要求,提出了一种新型大重合度齿轮齿形设计方法,基于齿轮啮合原理,建立了新型大重合度齿轮齿形的数学模型,在此基础上,研究了新型大重合度齿轮齿形的啮合特性,并与渐开线齿轮进行对比分析。结果表明:新型大重合度齿轮齿形具有重合度大、滑动系数小、齿面磨损均匀、不存在根切现象等优点,是一种较为理想的高性能重载传动齿轮。 For gear drive development requirement of small volume, lightweight and high efficiency, a new type of gear tooth profile design method of high contact ratio is presented. According to gear geometry and applied theory, the mathematical models of the novel tooth profile are constructed. The meshing properties of the novel tooth profile are analyzed. Compared with involute tooth gear, research results show that the novel tooth profile gear has great contact ratio, low slipping ratio, even wearing and no undercutting. The novel tooth profile is much applicable as high-speed high-load gear tooth curve.
