摘要
为改善海军操作员使用舰载显控台时的人机体验,利用CATIA人机工程模块对海军操作员的作业姿态进行了模拟仿真。在此基础上,结合人机工程学理论对舰载显控台进行了人机工程设计、校核和评价。结果表明:操作员的活动空间、视野与视距、操作范围符合国家军用标准要求,作业姿态具有一定的舒适度。CATIA可为舰载显控台设计提供详细的人体数据、直观的校核和评价方法,从而发现产品设计的缺陷与不足,改进产品设计。
In order to improve the human experience of the navy operator using the shipborne console, the ergnonics module of CATIA software was used to simulate the posture of navy operator. On this basis, the ergonomics design, verification and evaluation were performed on the shipborne console combined with ergonomics theory. The results showed that the operator's maneuvering space, vision field and sight distance, and operation range met the national military standard. The operator's posture was high comfort. CATIA could provide detailed human body data, intuitive verification and evaluation methods for the design of shipborne console. Therefore, the deficiencies of product design could be found to improve the product design.
