Experience of Professor DONG Jun Who has Treated Chronic Urticaria Caused by Helicobacter Pylori Infection from Spleen and Stomach

目的:探讨从脾胃治疗幽门螺杆菌感染引起的慢性荨麻疹的中医理论依据与现代医学研究,更好地指导临床诊疗。方法:通过理论探讨,结合患者临床症状体征及治疗效果,分析幽门螺杆菌感染与慢性荨麻疹的发病及治疗的联系,总结中医治疗方法的有效性。结果:揭示中医药治疗幽门螺杆菌感染性慢性荨麻疹有良好的疗效,并完善相关的理论依据。结论:应用中医整体辨证观念,针对幽门螺杆菌感染性慢性荨麻疹,以健脾化湿法为主要的中医治疗原则,拓宽了中医治疗思路,有效的指导临床实践。

Objective： To explore the traditional Chinese medicine theory and modem medical research of chronic urticaria which caused by spleen and stomach treatment of helicobacter pylori infection, and better guide clinical treatment. Methods： Through theoretical discussion, and combined with clinical symptoms and signs of patients with treatment, to analyze the rela- tionship between helicobacter pylori infection and the pathogenesis and treatment of chronic urticaria, and to summarize the effec-tiveness of TCM treatment. Results ： Revealed Chinese medicine treatment of helicobacter pylori infection of chronic urticaria had a good effect, and improved the relevant theoretical basis. Conclusion： Application of traditional Chinese medicine concept of dialectics, for helicobacter pylori infection in chronic urticaria, to spleen dampness as the main principle of traditional Chinese medicine treatment, can broaden the traditional Chinese medicine treatment ideas, can effective guide the clinical practice.
