甘露消毒丹制方特点探微

Exploration on Characteristics of Prescription Formulating of Ganlu Xiaodu Micropills

甘露消毒丹为治疗湿热并重,毒邪蕴藉,肆逆气分证的主要方剂。清代医家完善了对湿温病的认识,并创新了从三焦辨证论治体系。甘露消毒丹在制方上具有宣清降利之四法,又具从三焦分消走泄之配伍特点。由此本文从甘露消毒丹的制方背景入手,探微湿温源流,以"病机—症状"、"性味—功效—治法"为思路,分析、讨论甘露消毒丹清上、畅中、渗下法的三焦分消走泄组方特点,以期拓展该方的临床应用范围,发掘该方更多的研究。

Ganlu Xiaodu Micropills are the main prescription for the inverse Qifen syndrome of dampness and heat, contai-ning toxic pathogens. Doctors during the Qing Dynasty perfected the understanding of damp-warm diseases and innovated the sys-tem of treatment based on syndrome differentiation from the respect of Sanjiao. The prescription formulating of Ganlu Xiaodu Mi-eropills applies methods of facilitating, clearing, descending and benefiting with a compatibility characteristic of elimination ofpathogens through purgation and diuresis from Sanjiao. Hence, this paper startes with the background of the prescription formula-ring of Ganlu Xiaodu Micropills and explores the origin of the damp-warm syndrome. Taking ＂pathogenesis-symptom＂ and ＂nat-uer and flavor-efficacy-therapy＂ as a train of thought, it analyzes and discusses methods of clearing the upper part of the body,freeing the middle part and excreting in the lower part used for elimination of pathogens through purgation and diuresis from San-jiao, a characteristic of prescription formulating of Ganlu Xiaodu Micropills, to develop the clinical application scope of the pre-scription and carry out more relevant research.
