化浊解毒方对慢性萎缩性胃炎胃癌前病变患者胃液成分及GAS的影响

Effects of Huazhuo Jiedu Recipe on Gastric Juice Components and GAS for Patients with Lesions of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis and Precancerous

目的:研究化浊解毒方对慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变患者的治疗效果以及对患者胃液成分和胃泌素(GAS)的影响。方法:以2013年1月~2016年1月脾胃科收治的慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变患者132例为研究对象,根据治疗方式的差异分为对照组与观察组,对照组给予胃复春片治疗,观察组给予化浊解毒方治疗,比较两组治疗效果、病理情况改善及胃液、GAS的变化情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,且治疗后观察组患者肠上皮化生、胃黏膜萎缩、异型增生的几率均显著下降且少于对照组,两组患者治疗后的游离酸、总酸均明显升高,而乳酸、亚硝酸盐、GAS则明显下降,但观察组改善幅度相比对照组更为显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:化浊解毒方治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变效果确切,能有效改善患者的病理症状,同时刺激胃黏膜的分泌功能,提高胃液游离酸、总酸含量,降低乳酸、亚硝酸盐、血清胃泌素的含量,防止胃癌前病变进一步发展。

Objective ： To study the therapeutic effects of Huazhuo Jiedu Recipe for patients with lesions of chronic atrophic gastritis and precancerous and effects on gastric juice components and gastrin （GAS）. Methods： 132cases of patients with le- sions of chronic atrophic gastritis admitted in department of gastroenterology since January 2013to January 2016were selected as the object of study. These patients were divided into controlled group and observation group. Patients in the controlled group were treated with Weifuchun Pill, while those in the observation group were treated with Huazhuo Jiedu Recipe. The two groups were compared for therapeutic effects, improvement in pathologic condition and variation of gastric juice and GAS. Results ： The total treatment efficacy of the observation group was distinctly higher than that of the controlled group, and after treatment, intes- tinal metaplasia, atrophy of gastric mucous and rate of dysplasia of patients in the observation group were decreased and were less than those in the controlled group. After treatment, free acid and total acid of both groups increased significantly, while lactate and nitrous acid as well as GAS of the both groups decreased distinctly. The improvement magnitude of the observation group was more significant than that of the controled group, with difference had statistical significance （ P〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Huazhuo Jiedu Recipe works well in treating lesions of chronic atrophic gastritis, and it can effectively improve pathological symptom for patients and stimulate secretion function of gastric mucosa. It can improve content of free acid and total acid in gastric juice and reduce content of lactate, nitrite and GAS. It can prevent further progression of precancerous lesions of gastric earcinom.
