针刺联合鼠神经生长因子治疗气滞血瘀型突发性耳聋临床观察

Clinical Observation of Using Acupuncture Combined with Mouse Nerve Growth Factor in the Treatment of Blood-stasis Due to Stagnated-Qi Type Sudden Deafness

目的:观察针刺治疗气滞血瘀型突发性耳聋的临床疗效。方法:随机选取我院在2014年1月~2016年1月期间收治的68例气滞血瘀型突发性耳聋患者为研究对象,将所选患者随机分为观察组(n=34)和对照组(n=34),对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加针刺治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果:观察组纯音测听气导状况显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察者耳聋治疗效率(88.24%)显著高于对照组(76.47%),观察组患者的不良反应发生率(2.94%)明显低于对照组(17.65%),两组比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺联合西药注射用鼠神经生长因子治疗气滞血瘀型突发性耳聋临床效果显著,能够显著降低不良反应发生率,具有较高的安全性,值得临床推广应用。

Objective ： To explore the clinical effect of acunpuncture for treating Qi-stagnancy and blood-stasis type suddendeafness. Methods： Randomly selected from our hospital in January 2014to January 2016, 68cases of patients admitted as theresearch object, they were randomly divided into observation group （n = 34） and controlled group （n = 34）, the controlled groupwas treated by routine western medicine, the observation group was treated by acupuncture on the basis of the controlled group.To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups of patients. Conclusion ： The clinical effect of using acupuncture combined with west-ern medicine mouse nerve growth factor for injection of in the treatment of Qi-stagnancy and blood-stasis type sudden deafnesswas obvious, can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, security is high, worthy of clinical popularization andapplication.
