摘要
颗粒污泥床反应器是一类高效生物反应器,应用广泛。颗粒污泥是颗粒污泥床反应器的功能之源,备受关注。合理的结构是颗粒污泥呈现优良性能的必要基础。综述了颗粒污泥的四个结构层次,即微生物个体、菌胶团、菌胶团复合体和颗粒污泥整体,讨论了胞外多聚物的化学键力、静电吸引、疏水相互作用、凝胶作用、机械作用以及丝状菌的空间位阻、机械键合等对颗粒污泥形成的重要意义,有助于加深对颗粒污泥结构与功能的理解,促进颗粒污泥床反应器的优化和发展。
Granular sludge bed reactor is one of the high-rate bioreactors, which has been appliedwidely. The granular sludge is the function source of granular sludge bed reactor, which has attracted alot of attention. The rational structure of granular sludge is the necessary basis of the perfect settlementand reactivity. Four structural levels are summarized, i.e. microbial cell, zooglea, zooglea complex andgranule. The effect of some interaction forces within/between structural levels on granule sludge are dis-cussed, e.g. chemical bond, electrostatic attraction, hydrophobic interaction, gelatination, mechanicaleffect of extracellular polymeric substances ( EPS), and steric hindrance, mechanical effect of filamen-tous microorganisms. It ishelpfulfor us to understand the relationship between structure and function ofgranular sludge. And furthermore, it could be used to optimize the performance of bioreactor.
