摘要
讨论分析并提出了全地下式污水提升泵站设计原则,包括需在保证结构安全、泵站安全、人员安全的前提下,尽量满足水力条件,考虑全泵站内防腐防潮措施,并要使泵站与周围环境相融合。对多种泵站内设计要点的比较分析得出,在资金与用地满足的条件下,新建的全地下式污水泵站预处理方式宜采用回转式格栅的干式泵房的形式,采用生物除臭工艺,同时考虑地下式污水泵站的防火措施、供配电措施以及必要的防倒灌保护措施等,旨在提高泵站运行的安全性的同时使后期维护维修工作更为方便。
This paper discusses and puts forward the design principles of the undergroundwastewater pumping station. In order to ensure the safety of the structure, pumping station and person-nel, some aspects should be guaranteed such as the hydraulic conditions, internal corrosion proof meas-ures and the integration of pumping station with surrounding environment. Compared and analyzed of thevarious pump station design key points, under the conditions of sufficient capital and land, dry pump withrotary grille, biological deodorization process, fire prevention measures, power supply and distributionmeasures and anti-intrusion protection measures are recommended to adopt in order to improve the opera-tion safety and maintenance convenience.
