体素内不相干运动磁共振功能成像在直肠癌评估中的应用进展 被引量:9

摘要 近年来,我国直肠癌发病率逐年升高,术前应用影像学方法较为准确地显示直肠癌病变并提供定量分析信息,对临床合理制定个性化的治疗方案至关重要。通过体素内不相干运动(IVIM)的多参数成像技术,可从分子水平反映组织的弥散和灌注情况,理论上可定量显示直肠癌内部细胞密度、微血管密度的结构学信息及肿瘤细胞代谢的功能学过程,从而反映肿瘤不同时期的异质性及其程度。本文就IVIM技术在直肠癌方面的应用现状及未来发展趋势进行综述。 The incidence of rectal cancer gradually increased in our country in recent years.Preoperative imaging methods are used to accurately display the lesions of rectal cancer,providing accurate quantitative diagnostic information,therefore being important to formulate reasonable and individualized therapy clinically.Intra-voxel incoherent motion(IVIM)is a multi parameter imaging technology.IVIM can provide the diffusion and perfusion information from the molecular level.Theoretically,the microstructure information of internal rectal cancer cell density and the vascular density,and the tumor cell metabolism can be displayed quantitatively with IVIM imaging,which can reflect the heterogeneity of the tumor and its degree during different periods.The application status and the future development of IVIM technique in management of rectal cancer were reviewed in this article.
