超声引导下闭合复位微创固定治疗肢体骨折的研究进展 被引量:10

摘要 C臂或常规X线辅助下闭合复位微创固定治疗肢体骨折,因其创伤小、愈合快而得到广泛重视并日趋成熟,但其放射性损伤不容忽视。随着超声技术的不断进步,其临床应用不仅限于骨折的诊断,而在辅助骨折闭合复位固定方面发挥重要作用。本文主要对目前国内外关于超声引导下闭合复位微创固定治疗肢体骨折的研究进展进行综述。 The treatment of limb fractures with closed reduction and minimally invasive fixation with C-arm or conventional X-ray guidance has been widely accepted and gradually developed due to less trauma and rapid healing.However,the radiation damage of X-ray can not be ignored.With the continuous progresses of ultrasound technology,the application of ultrasound in clinic is involved not only in the diagnosis of fractures,but also in the closed reduction and fixation of fractures.The research progresses of ultrasound-guided closed reduction and minimally invasive fixation of limb fractures were reviewed in this article.
