摘要
在"大智移云(大数据、智能化、移动互联网和云计算)"为代表的信息技术领域,我国近年来取得了突出成绩。然而,作为"大智移云"基石的集成电路芯片,仍严重依赖进口。2017年3月初,"中兴被美国罚62亿"这一新闻传遍网络,该事件再次表明,集成电路属于我国的"高精尖缺"领域。作为集成电路产业中多学科交叉融合的一个前沿领域,太赫兹集成电路可广泛应用于维系社会经济、国家安全、民生需求的诸多关键场合,如太空探测、雷达成像、食品检测、高速通信、反恐安检等。该领域的研究成果,对我国的长远发展具有战略意义。本文概述了太赫兹集成电路的作用与意义、总结了国内外在硅基太赫兹天线、硅基太赫兹源、CMOS太赫兹探测器等3个关键方向的发展动态,并对我国在该领域的发展布局提出了一些浅见。
In the recent decade,China has archived significant breakthroughs in several information fields such as big data,smart city,mobile internet and cloud computing.Nevertheless,as a cornerstone of information technology,integrated circuit chip is still seriously dependent on imports. Moreover,being an emerging multi-discipline research topic of integrated circuits,terahertz integrated circuit( THz IC) shows great potential for space detection,radar imaging,food quality control,high-speed communication, anti-terrorist, etc.. This article introduces the benefits and state-of-art of THz IC,and also provides some tentative suggestions for the development of THz IC in China.
