摘要
自动变速器传动比是影响整车动力性、经济性关键因素,本文首先搭建包含传动比的整车动力学仿真模型,联合使用传动比优化和整车性能匹配方法,以整车动力性经济性为优化目标,以变速器齿轮的结构尺寸为约束条件,对传动系统的所有啮合齿轮的传动比进行优化设计,得到最优的整车匹配特性结果和相匹配的挡位传动比方案。该研究对实际应用有重要意义。
The transmission ratio of automatic transmission is a key factor affecting the dynamic performance and economy of the vehicle. In this paper, a vehicle dynamic simulation model with transmission ratio is constructed. Use the combine meth- od of transmission ratio optimization and vehicle performance matching, take the dynamic and the economy of the vehicle as the optimization object, and the structure dimension of transmission gear as the constraint condition, optimize the transmis- sion ratio of all trieshing gear of the transmission system. Get the optimal vehicle dynamic performance results and the matching gear ratio. This research is of great significance to practical application.
