摘要
房地产行业在国民经济发展中占有重要地位,房地产上市公司对房地产行业健康发展影响深远。文章选取11家房地产上市公司2016年的经营数据,运用超效率DEA模型对其经营绩效进行评价,得到11家房地产上市公司的经营绩效排序,并对结果进行了差异化分析。
The real estate industry plays an important role in the development of national economy, and the real estate listed companies have a far--reaching influence on the healthy development of the real estate industry. This article select 11 real estate companies from 2016 business data, using the super efficiency DEA model to evaluate the operating performance, operat- ing performance of 11 listed real estate companies sort, and the results are analyzed in differentiation.
