常规血脂检验在诊断冠心病合并糖尿病患者中的应用价值分析

Value of Conventional Blood Lipid Test in the Diagnosis of Coronary Heart Disease With Diabetes Mellitus

目的分析常规血脂检验在冠心病合并糖尿病患者临床诊断中的应用价值。方法选取我院于2016年4月—2017年4月收治的冠心病合并糖尿病患者64例作为研究对象。将其随机分为对照组与观察组,每组各32例患者。对照组采用常规诊断,观察组采用常规血脂检验,对比观察两组患者的诊断检出率。结果观察组患者的临床检出率高于对照组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相比于常规诊断,应用血常规血脂检验对于冠心病合并糖尿病患者的临床检出率更高,具有更高的临床诊断价值。

Objective To analyze the value of routine blood lipid test in clinical diagnosis of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes. Methods 64 cases of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes treated in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 were selected as the study objects. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 32 patients in each group. The control group was routinely diagnosed. The observation group was treated with routine blood lipids, and the diagnostic detection rate was compared between the two groups. Results The observation group patients clinical detection rate was higher than the control group, there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with the routine diagnosis, the application of blood test for coronary heart disease with diabetes in patients with clinical detection rate is higher, with higher clinical diagnostic value.
