2微米激光汽化切除与电切治疗腺性膀胱炎的疗效比较

Comparison of Transurethral 2 μm Laser Vaporesection and Transurethral Resection for Cystitis Glandularis

目的比较两种微创手术治疗腺性膀胱炎的疗效及安全性,探讨腺性膀胱炎理想的治疗方案。方法选取我院2013年10月—2015年10月收治的腺性膀胱炎患者72例作为研究对象。采用经尿道2微米激光汽化切除治疗38例患者作为观察组;采用经尿道电切治疗34例患者作为对照组。观察对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果两组患者手术均顺利完成,观察组与对照组患者的手术时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者的住院、留置尿管及膀胱冲洗时间均少于对照组,两组数据比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的治疗有效率89.2%,对照组为67.7%,观察组复发率及并发症发生率均低于对照组,两组数据比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经尿道2微米激光汽化切除治疗腺性膀胱炎治愈率高和较低复发率及并发症发生率,是治疗腺性膀胱炎较好的手术治疗选择。

Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of two minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of cystitis glandularis, and to explore the ideal treatment for cystitis glandularis. Methods 72 patients with cystitis glandularis who were treated in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2015 were selected as the research objects. Transurethral 2 μm laser vaporization resection was performed in 38 patients as the observation group; Transurethral resection of the prostate was used in 34 patients as the control group. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed and compared. Results Two groups of patients were successfully completed. The observation group compared with the control group of patients with operation time, there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05); The observation group hospitalization, indwelling catheter and bladder irrigation time were less than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05); The effective rate of the observation group was 89.2%, and that of the control group was 67.7%. The recurrence rate and complication rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Transurethral 2 μm laser vaporesection for cystitis glandularis is more effective intervention with higher curative rate and lower recurrence rate, complications rate than transurethral resection.
