针灸配合推拿和牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Acupuncture Combined With Massage and Traction in the Treatment of Nerve Root Type Cervical Spondylosis

目的探析针灸配合推拿和牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床效果。方法选取2015年6月—2017年6月于我院接受治疗的神经根型颈椎病患者108例作为研究对象。入组后,运用计算机算法,将其分为两组,每组各54例患者。其中,对照组给予针灸治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上,配合使用推拿和牵引治疗,对两组治疗效果进行对比。结果经治疗后,观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率与对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的颈椎病评分与对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在神经根型颈椎病的临床治疗上,采用针灸配合推拿和牵引的治疗方案可获得理想的治疗效果,可改善患者的疾病症状,缓解疼痛感,提升生活质量。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with massage and traction in the treatment of cervical spondylotic myelopathy. Methods 108 patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy treated in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 were selected as the research object. After entering the group, the computer algorithm was used to divide them into two groups, 54 patients in each group. Among them, the control group received acupuncture treatment, the observation group, on the basis of the control group, was with the use of massage and traction treatment, the treatment effect of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was significantly different from that in the control group(P < 0.05); The cervical spondylosis score of the observation group compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion In the clinical treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis, acupuncture combined with massage and traction treatment scheme can achieve ideal treatment effect, which can improve the patient's disease symptoms, relieve pain, improve the quality of life.
