高压氧对重型脑外伤患者康复治疗的临床疗效探析

Clinical Study of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy on Rehabilitation of Patients With Severe Brain Injury

目的研究分析在重型脑外伤患者中实施高压氧方法进行治疗的临床效果。方法选取2015年2月—2017年8月在本院接受治疗的重型脑外伤患者92例作为研究对象,利用随机数字法,将其平均分为观察组(46例)和对照组(46例)。对照组患者实施常规型的康复治疗模式,而观察组则运用高压氧开展治疗的方法。对两组患者的治疗效果、治疗前后的生存质量水平、日常生活能力以及SOD、MDA情况进行对比。结果观察组患者的治疗效果高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在第3个疗程阶段,两组患者的生存质量分数以及日常生活能力分数对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在第5个疗程阶段,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在重型脑外伤患者当中运用高压氧的治疗模式能够获得较好的效果,治疗有效率高,治疗后生存质量、MDA以及SOD情况表现较好。

Objective To study the clinical effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy in patients with severe traumatic brain injury. Methods A total of 92 patients with severe traumatic brain injury who were treated in our hospital from February 2015 to August 2017 were selected as the study objects. By random number method, the patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 46 cases in each group. The control group of patients with received routine rehabilitation model, and the observation group was the use of hyperbaric oxygen therapy. The therapeutic effect of the two groups of patients, the quality of life before and after treatment, daily living ability and SOD, MDA were compared. Results The therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). At the third stage of treatment, there was no significantly statistical difference about the quality of life scores and the daily living ability scores between two groups(P>0.05). In the fifth course of treatment, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant about the quality of life scores and the daily living ability scores(P<0.05). Conclusion The use of hyperbaric oxygen therapy in patients with severe traumatic brain injury can achieve better results, high treatment efficiency, quality of life after treatment, MDA and SOD performance is better.
