探究连续性血液净化对重症胰腺炎患者的临床疗效及护理措施

Clinical Efficacy and Nursing Measures of Continuous Blood Purification in Patients With Severe Acute Pancreatitis

目的探讨对重症胰腺炎患者开展连续性血液净化治疗工作期间,观察配合开展护理工作后获得的临床效果。方法选择我院2015年3月—2017年2月收治的45例重症胰腺炎患者作为研究对象;采用数字奇偶法,将患者分为两组。对照组:临床开展连续性血液净化治疗工作期间,配合选择基础护理方法施护;观察组:临床开展连续性血液净化治疗工作期间,配合选择优质护理方法施护;对胰腺炎疗效、生命体征参数变化以及生活质量变化差异回顾性分析。结果观察组患者的疗效为95.45%,对照组为65.22%,组间数据对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者生命体征参数改善情况优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者生活质量改善情况优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床对重症胰腺炎患者开展血液净化治疗工作期间,配合选择优质护理方法施护,对于患者生命体征参数以及生活质量改善可以加以双重促进,从而对于重症胰腺炎患者疗效以及预后能力的预后做出充分保证。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of continuous blood purification treatment in patients with severe acute pancreatitis(SAP) during the period of continuous blood purification. Methods 45 patients with severe pancreatitis who were admitted to our hospital from March 2015 to February 2017 were selected as experimental subjects. The group of patients with severe pancreatitis treated by digital parity method was studied. Control group: during the clinical practice of continuous blood purification treatment, the basic nursing method was selected. Observation group: during the clinical practice of continuous blood purification treatment, the patients were selected with the choice of quality nursing method. A retrospective analysis of the effect of pancreatitis, changes of vital signs parameters and changes in quality of life. Results The curative effect of the observation group was 95.45%, and that of the control group was 65.22%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The improvement of vital signs parameters in the observation group was better than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The improvement of the quality of life in the observation group was better than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The clinical of patients with severe acute pancreatitis during blood purification treatment to carry out the work, with the high quality nursing methods of nursing for the patients with vital signs parameters and improve the quality of life can be double promotion, so the prognosis of patients with severe acute pancreatitis and the ability to make a full guarantee of prognosis.
