摘要
目的探讨循证护理干预在糖尿病患者饮食治疗中的应用效果。方法选取在我院确诊收治的糖尿病患者130例作为研究对象。按照随机对照分组的方法,将其分为观察组与对照组,每组各65例。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者给予循证护理干预,观察两组患者血糖控制效果及饮食情况。结果观察组患者干预后的血糖控制效果优于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者饮食治疗依从率及科学饮食知识掌握率均高于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循证护理干预在糖尿病患者饮食治疗中具有较好的应用效果。
Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing intervention in diet treatment of diabetic patients. Methods 130 cases of diabetic patients in our hospital were treated in accordance with the method of randomized divided into observation group and control group, 65 cases in each group, the control group were given routine nursing care, the patients in the observation group received evidence-based nursing intervention, observe two groups of patients with blood glucose control effect and diet condition. Results The blood glucose control effect of the observation group after the intervention was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05); The compliance rate of diet therapy and the mastery rate of scientific diet knowledge in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Evidencebased nursing intervention in diabetic diet treatment has better application effect.
